Inspection conducted as an opening inspection for Taco Bell. All corrections have been made to the pre-opening inspection report. The facility is in substantial compliance with the Virginia Department of Health Regulations, permit will be issued once the Certificate of Occupancy Permit has been received from the building department. Inspection conducted as a second pre-opening inspection for Taco Bell. The following items must be corrected prior to the issuance of the permit: -Provide soap and handwashing signs at all handsinks. -Ensure purchase stickers are removed from clean equipment. -Remove the chemical storage rack from the wall stored over the clean dishes drainboard of the 3 compartment sink. -Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized prior to use. -Occupancy permit from the building department is required. Please contact the health department for final approval once the above items have been corrected. Facility has permission to order food. The following areas need to be corrected prior to issuance of the permit: -All equipment must be in place, shipping plastic removed and washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to use. -Clean all floors throughout. -Provide electrical and water for the facility. -No approval has been given for ordering/receiving foods at this time. Ensure all refrigeration units are turned on and thermometers are provided in all reach in coolers. Ensure coolers are measured at below 40'F. -Ensure sanitizer and test strips are provided for the 3 compartment sink. -Provide a dumpster for the outside of the facility. -A certificate of occupancy will be required prior to issuance of the permit.
