Follow up to the a.m inspection today at which time the walk-in was not cooling foods to 41 degrees and below. Facility called for repairs when this inspector left at 10:30 a.m. and repairs were made by 11:55 a.m. when this inspector was notified by a cell phone call. Also, the dumpster area had been cleaned up from the earlier inspection. Health Permit was revalidated at this facility.

    Observation: Dust pan and broom were on the floor. Hang up (supply hooks) for these items.
    Correction: Maintenance equipment supplies and tools such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and similar items must be stored so they do not contaminate food equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
  • Premises - Maintaining Premises - Unnecessary Items and Litter (corrected on site)
    Observation: Premises has accumulation of litter. (out front and along the side of the driveway)
    Correction: Maintain the premise free of litter.
