    Observation: Large container of red onions was stored underneath prep sink, while raw chicken was being prepared at sink.
    Correction: Onions were placed in another location for storage.

    Observation: Food residue observed on can opener blade.
    Correction: Can opener was placed in the sink to be cleaned.
