PCO's visit on 4/30 stated two week visits would be needed. That apparently has not been done since glue boards are dated 4/30. 2 compartment sink does not drain completely. Cob webs in corner by a/c lines. Unsealed wood blocks under table by ice machine. Seal. Clean floor under steamer/kettle. Water standing on floor by steamer. Possible leak? Hood filters need cleaning. One light in hood is not working. Some peeling paint in hood by filter. Bare wood shelves - seal all bare wood. Clean floor edge around walk-in. Fill in gap along wall. Do not use milk crates for shelves. Wood shelves in storeroom have deteriorated,chipped wood. Shelves to be smooth and cleanable. Clean spray hose. Clean mop room floor. Clean dishroom floor. Mop room shelves. Note: don't forget to date ranch dressing. Do not store roach/ant killer with cleaners. Provide covered trash can in restroom. 153 degrees wash/195 degrees rinse.
