    Observation: Observed heavily scratched and discolored cutting boards at the prep tables. The food contact surface is no longer easily cleaned and sanitized due to condition.
    Correction: Resurface or discard and replace the cutting boards to provide a food contact surface that is smooth, easily cleaned and sanitized.

    Correction: Obtain a chlorine test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.

    Correction: Adjust the chlorine sanitizing solution to a level of at least 50 parts per million when the pH is at 10 or less and the water temperature is 100°F.

    Observation: The following equipment food-contact surfaces were observed soiled to sight and touch: lemonade machine nozzle.

    Correction: All kitchen equipment is to be cleaned and sanitized. Please clean and sanitize the prep equipment.

    Observation: Found hose connected to mop sink faucet turned on.
    Correction: Backflow preventers to be free of pressure due to design (non pressurized). Please remove pressure and turn water off after using hose. (faucet nozzle was removed)
