Observed can of red bull on the counter at the register. Employees may drink only from cups with a lid and a straw in the food prep area. Observed leaky faucet at mop sink. Also, vacuum breaker (backflow preventer) is broken at the top of the faucet. Recommend repairing as soon as possible. Discussed employee health policy.

    Observation: Spinach and cheese bagels were not discarded after 4 hours (PIC states they were made at 8:30am, still out at 2:45).
    Correction: Bagels were discarded.

    Observation: Handsink blocked by trashcan.
    Correction: Trashcan was removed. Keep handsink accessible.

    Observation: Observed a tray in the sink.
    Correction: Use handsink for handwashing only. Wash utensils and equipment at the 3-compartment.
