Observation: Observed the prep unit at 52°F.
Correction: Remove yogurt and repair unit.

Observation: Blenders that are used to make smoothies are only cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day, they are rinsed between use. Smoothies now can be made with greek yogurt (kale and carrots, not sure if cooked) which is a TCS food.
Correction: Clean at least every 4 hrs. Also, think about milk allergies with the blenders.
