Routine
Purpose of site visit: Evaluate facility for food service permit. Correct the following items: 1) Install a soap dispenser at the handsink by the mop sink. 2) Install towel dispenser at the handsink by the mop sink. 3) Clean refrigeration coils on coolers and freezers (dust). 4) Install glass globe charcoal oven exhaust hood light fixture. 5) Install a 100 watt frosted bulb or fluorescent lamp equivalent in the exhaust hood light over the charcoal oven. 6) Install a light cover / panel on the ceiling light fixture by the mop sink. 7) Install a back-flow prevention device on the mop sink water line to the chemical mixer. 8) Install thermometers in 3-door upright display cooler and ice cream freezer. 9) Label bulk food container for sugar and other foods not easily recognized. 10) Remove aluminum foil liners from table shelves. Recommend tray or sheet pans as needed. Recommend a wall shelf on the mop sink / handsink wall. Recommend a cart or dunnage rack for charcoal bag storage. Notes: Discussed Employee Health Policy, critical items No violation noted during this evaluation.
