Observation: Disposable gloves being reused. A food handler failed to wash his hands after removing gloves.
Correction: Instruct food employees discard gloves after they are removed, and to wash their hands before and after using gloves.and when changing tasks.
- Food Storage - Prohibited Areas (repeated violation)
Observation: Food items stored in shared utility room adjacent to the mop sink room, and stored in the hallway adjacent to the restrooms.
Correction: Do not store foods items in hallway or in the utility room

Observation: Cardboard and linen liners on shelves.
Correction: Remove cardboard and linen liners. Approved plastic or metal trays or shall pans may be used..

Correction: Provide thermometers in all coolers & freezers.
