Observation: Plumbing system (pipe in the upstairs kitchen) is using a rag as a end cap. Back door on first floor is deteriorated.
Correction: Install proper end cap to pipe. Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Repair or install a new door. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.
