    Correction: Thermostat was 3 clicks below coldest. Thernostat was reset.Discard the food and ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.

    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the can opener blade and the oven drawer down below have accumulations of grime and debris.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

    Observation: Containers of insecticides are not stored separate from cleaning supplies.

    (cream cheese, oleo). Fresh shell eggs and meds were also in this refrigerator.

    Correction: (CORRECTED AT INSPECTION). Discard the food and ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. (Foods moved to refrigerator maintaing foods at 39 degrees until repairs are complete.

Since last inspection a new front entrance storm door has been installed. The kitchen cabinets (inside bottoms) are redone and neat, clean, and orderly. A new table top can opener has been put into place on the prep table.

    Observation: The floor repair from the last inspection has temporarilly solved the hole problem but the repair job has left the floor still week and the linoleum is rippled and not attached properly and is not maintained in good repair
