| Ceiling tiles are all in place in the kitchen and bathrooms Caulking is completed around the mop sink and kitchen doorway The sharp edges have been taken care of in the activities center The water lines at the food prep sink have been corrected. Please put covered trash cans in each stall in the ladies bathroom. All cooking will continue to be done next door at the Merit School and transported here. This establishment is in substantial compliance with the Virginia State rules and regulations regarding foods. Therefore the health permit is issued. | Discussed with Person in Charge: 1. All ceiling tiles need to be in place in the kitchen area and bathrooms 2. Caulk or place coving around the base of the doorways 3. Caulk around the mop sink and hand sink in the kitchen 4. The counter in the front of the kitchen that is for activities must be enclosed around the edges to make it cleanable and to enclose sharp edging 5. The water lines at the prep sink are crossed so that the cold water is to the left and the hot water is to the right. Please has them corrected for safety.
