Complainant stated that there was a leak in the front service area, the bathrooms, and above the grill. I went into the facility on a rainy day and saw no leaking on any of the areas listed. One worker stated he saw occasional drops near the grill but not many. Most likely the drips are from the AC unit condensation. Continue to monitor for leaks. Spoke with the manager on duty, maintenance manager and district manager. Mgr states that odor was coming from front line area. No/slight odor detected (maintenance was using bleach to clean drains). No sewage back-up detected. Maintenance thinks a vent may be blocked trapping sewer gas. DM stated that 2 different plumbing companies have been out for service (will send reports). Plumber to return tonight and tomorrow for follow-up. Plumber suspects odor originating from women's restroom (leaky/loose toilet). Checked restrooms, no odor. Spoke with the manager and employees. Stated that the roof had been leaking (showed pictures) and a large portion did fall on make line area (no food out at the time). The ceiling and leaky roof need to be repaired ASAP. No food prep allowed under area if water is dripping from the ceiling during rainy weather (I stated that I will return if the weather is rainy to make sure no food prep is occurring under the leak). Follow-up to check progress is 1-2 weeks (no timeline given to me until the DM came and state that a roofing company had been procured and will begin work soon).
