Liquid foods and granular foods may resemble cleaning compounds. The mistaken use of food from an unlabeled container could result in chemical poisoning.

If unable to repair the standup freezer, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.

    Observation: Lexann food containers (Plastic) was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged.(Cracked,Chipped edges
    Correction: Replace the pans to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.(Voluntarily Discarded).

    Observation: Post Mix station was observed reassembled in a manner that contaminated the stainless steel counter surfaces. (Leakage of soda/Liquid on nonfood counter surfaces).
    Correction: Disassemble the equipment/lines/hoses, clean and sanitize the non food-contact surface, then reassemble the system in a manner that will not contaminate the post mix/station area of liquid/soda product.

    Observation: Mops and brooms not hung up to air dry.(Sitting in Grey water Buckets).
    Correction: Wet use maintenance items such as mops must be hung in a position that allows them to air dry so they are not allowed to grow contamination which can then be spread through the establishment at the next use.
