Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the following had accumulations of grime and debris.
1. Shelving in reach-in was dusty.
2.Moldy shelving the walk-in.
3.Mold was accumulating on the inside top of the ice bin. (Corrected)
4. Gaskets on Hobart freezer contained mold.
5.Table mounted can opener was soiled with food debris.
6. Mold was growing on the seals on the ice cream freezer located in the storage room.
Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

Observation: Sheet pans located on the bottom shelf of a preparation table were found stacked while wet after cleaning and chemical sanitization.
Correction: Items must be allowed to drain and air-dry before being stacked or stored to allow evaporation of chemical sanitizer and moisture that may encourage microbial growth.
