    >>Metal doors are rusting in the pantry and rest-room area
    >>Paint was peeling off the doors in the hallway

In the event of a change in operator or remolding, the facility must be brought up to the current code requirements.This will include the addition of one or more handsinks, improved lighting, repair or structural deficiencies, repair or replacement of equipment, and proper installation of laundry facilities.

    Observation: A food employee was observed cleaning their hands in a food preparation sink or a sink used for utensil washing.
    Correction: Instruct food employees to clean their hands in a handwashing lavatory. Food employees may not clean their hands in a sink used for food preparation or utensil washing.

    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the can opener has accumulations of grime and debris.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

    Observation: The following physical structures were not maintained in good repair:
    >>Floor in dry storage room was unsealed and missing paint in sections.
    >>Walls in dry storage room had a mold -like substance near the ceiling.
    >>Ceiling in dry storage room had several areas where black mold-like substance was spreading.
    >>Ceiling was leaking lots of water in the food preparation area. Food preparation was moved to another counter.

    Observation: Mops not hung up to air dry in utility room.
    Correction: Wet use maintenance items such as mops must be hung in a position that allows them to air dry so they are not allowed to grow contamination which can then be spread through the establishment at the next use.
