Permit expires 3/2016.Need current hood sticker affixed to hood system,Transfer CFM to a Norfolk Public Health Certified Food Manager Certificate. All food is microwaved and prepackaged on site.(Peanuts,cookies,crackers/sodas).Coca Cola little at grill area not operational/to be removed.Ice machine,dry storage and restrooms-Ok.
  • Equipment - Food Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils
    Observation: Encrusted mold deposits and/or other soil deposits were observed on the food contact surfaces of the following lexan pans in the lowboy sandwichwich cooler.
    Correction: Clean and sanitize food-contact surface of equipment and pans.(Wash,Rinse, and sanitize each pan/storage container.
  • Handwashing Lavatory, Water Temperature, and Flow
    Observation: Water from the handwashing sink at the 3 compartment sink and handsink at front counter, was measured at a temperature less than 100°F.
    Correction: Make necessary adjustments to valves and lines serving the handsink to provide water of at least 100°F to allow more effective removal of fatty soils encountered in kitchens.
  • Critical: Pests - Controlling Pests*
    Observation: Harborage conditions exist(Fruit Flies/Draft Beer Station-front counter area).
    Correction: Eliminate harborage conditions. Insects and other pests are capable of transmitting disease to man by contaminating food and food-contact surfaces.

Prepackaged items as chips,cinnamon rolls,candy,crackers,sodas.Counter Cola Cola refrigerator to be removed from kitchen area.Current hood inspection needed for hood.Dry storage,restrooms,Post mix station- Ok.Maintain temperature logs on units.If food is to be preparded/cooked in future CFM needs to be on staff and current menu provided to Health Department.
