Cold hold potentially hazardous/time-temperature control for safety foods at or below 41*. Per manager, the unit was below 40 upon her arrival but since the unit has been constantly opened and closed the temperature of the unit and the food is not maintained at or below 41*. Manager did relocate phf/tcs foods not being prepared today into the produce walk-in in the storeroom. EHS to follow-up tomorrow.

Additional refrigeration may be needed to prevent the increase in temperature from the doors constantly being opened and closed. Suggesting removing limited quantity from walk-in to eliminate the need to keeping going into the unit..
