    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

    Observation: The handwashing sink for the prep area is nonoperable. Other sink is over 25 feet away.
    Correction: Repair the handwashing sink in the prep area to increase the employee's opportunity to wash hands routinely. Ensure all handwashing sinks are both accessible AND convenient. A work order is in to repair the handwashing sink in the prep area.
