    Observation: Quaternary Ammonium sanitizing solution used was not at an acceptable concentration (<200ppm).
    Correction: Added more sanitizer to sink. 200 ppm.

Discussed milk box temperature- PIC will check temperature in the morning and call to have it serviced if too warm. Milk was discarded. Almost all of the milk is sold during the lunch period- leftovers may be discarded if the temperature goes above 41 during lunch. Permit issued.

    Observation: Observed red cutting boards that were heavily scratched and discolored. The food contact surface is no longer easily cleaned and sanitized due to condition.
    Correction: Cutting boards were discarded.

    Observation: Observed a teacher reach into the bag of Tostitos and get a handful of chips for her salad.
    Correction: Bag of chips was discarded by management. Staff with gloves should have served the chips to the teacher.

    Observation: Observed several cartons of skim milk at 54 degrees F. These milks were store on top of the milk in the crate and the crate was stacked in the front.
    Correction: Milk was discarded by management. Do not stack milk 2 high in the front of the milk case due to improper refrigeration when the front is down for service.
