    Correction: All hand sinks must be supplied with hand towels.
  • Handwashing Signage (corrected on site)
    Observation: A sign to indicate the need for hand washing was not available at main hand sink. VDH signage provided.
    Correction: All hand wash sinks must be supplied with a sign to remind employees to wash hands.
