Observation: Observed ground beef at 67 degrees in the walk-in and tomatoes on the line at 44 degrees.
Correction: Don't over fill the bins on the cook line and don't leave meat sitting out if it is not being used. Monitor temperatures and if they ground beef is not below 41 degrees by 4pm throw it out.

Observation: Observed gaskets on the 2 door reach-in (in kitchen and by the ice cream) with torn gaskets.

Observation: French Fry cutter was soiled, slicer could also use some cleaning on the back of the blade.
