The facility is currently starting on a renovation ./ upgrade . Per Codes/ Compliance contact they are upgrading the facade and removing the greenhouse / atrium seating area . IF addition changes are made ( such as replacement of tables/ chairs or changing the wall treatment ( presently wall paper ) the facility must also incorporate changes./ upgrades to the food service area which will include the replacement of all ceiling tiles ( many are stained or moisture damaged ) and the installation of a hand sink in the area of the drive thru window . Significant concern about the production of dust / debris in the change to the atrium - greenhouse wall . The facility may not operate in conditions where dust is generated . Staff must arrive early enough to clean . Per construction manager the work will be done after closing and the framing ( sawing of wood to frame ) will be done in the parking lot .
