    Observation: Found 7 gallon containers of milk in reach-in at 48 degrees. All cold hold to be below 41 degrees.
    Correction: Please store gallon milk below 41 degrees (containers were on carts in rooms which resulted in temperature rise). Facility is researching use of refrigerated pitchers.
