Kitchen is serving kitchen only. Utensils are returned for sanitization. Kitchen observed clean and organized.
Please repair door closer of employee restroom.

Inspection occured during lunch service. Facility receives all foods catered by Blue Bird Day School and returns all utensils and equipment for cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Toilet Rooms, Enclosed / Self-Closing Door (repeated violation)
    Observation: Toilet room door is not provided with a self-closing door.
    Correction: Provide a self-closing hinge or closing mechanism for the toilet room door. A DOOR CLOSER WAS INSTALLED SINCE THE LAST INSPECTION. IT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION

Today’s inspection was to conduct a routine inspection. Thank you for accompanying me through the inspection as your participation allows me to clarify information and identify areas where your processes may need further attention or assessment.
This facility is catered only. Food is served between 12:15PM to 12:30PM. Breakfast is reheat of non-PHF items served at 9:30AM.

  • Refuse Container with Cover/ Women's & Unisex Toilet Room (repeated violation)
    Observation: There is no cover to the feminine napkin refuse container in the ladies room stall.
    Correction: A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.

    Observation: Toilet room door is not provided with a self-closing door: staff bathroom.
    Correction: Provide a self-closing hinge or closing mechanism for the toilet room door.
