Observation: Express Display Cooler (52*F) and Yogurt Display case cooler (60*F) was observed in a state of repair and condition that prevents necessary maintenance and easy cleaning.
Correction: Repair the Two above coolers to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation/Temperature /35-38*F, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the Display Coolers, replacethemt with one's that meet the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.Technical Services called while on site via Supervisor from Aramark.(Food transferred to Federal Cooler Display case at 38-40 *F.).All food was within required temperatures.Temperature logs were good for am readings).No PHF's to be stored within these two coolers until temperatures are reading 38-40* F and holding temperature.-

Observation: No disposable towels were provided a the hand washing lavatory in the Hand washing station.
Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials Corrected on site.
