The outside surroundings at the back of the facility has overgrown grass. Cutting grass will help prevent rodents/pest infestation. The dumpster shared by the facility needs a drain plug. Call Waste Management to replace dumpster.

Change of ownership. Need new menu and permit. Floor plan will stay the same. Salad bar items are replaced every 4 hours. Prep unit temperature is elevated due to lunch rush. Keep lid closed as much as possible. Replace thermometer in walk-in. CDI. Mop sink needs maintenance.
