- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: Cove base behind prep table in back of store stuck to the wall with expanda foam. All ceiling, floor, and wall surfaces must be smooth easily cleanable and non-absorbent.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Observation:No thermometers in sandwich prep basins. All cold holding equipment must have an accurate temperature measuring device.
- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: There are several leaks on three compartment sink drain plumbing. 2)Hand sink in front of store drains very very slowly. 3)Sink drain between three compartment sink and prep table in back does not accept water properly. All plumbing must be maintained in proper working order. Repair or replace plumbing so it is in proper working order.

- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
1) Hole in patched wall by back door, repair to have smooth, cleanable surface. 2) Broken tiles by back door and next to the bread warmer, repair to make smooth, cleanable surfaces again.
- Cutting surfaces maintained
1) Cutting board with slicer attachment is getting very rough and somewhat discolored, clean and resurface to have a more cleanable surface. 2) Some plastic lids are getting cracked and therefore no longer cleanable surface, replace cracked lids.
- Plumbing system repaired according to law
1) Three compartment sink first compartment will not hold water-must repair so able to do use all three sinks to properly do dishes, currently using third bin to rinse then draining and refilling to sanitize. 2) Drain in kitchen does not accept the capacity of draining the full sink without overflowing, 3) Front counter handsink also slow to drain. Contact management to clear drain or evaluate the situation.
- Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above
Reach in cooler holding beverages and yogurt at front counter at 50 degrees F, turned down and now at 41 degrees F, monitor closely to ensure is holding at 41 degrees or less. Corrected on site.
- Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of safe materials
