Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical Observation: No sanitizer available at time of inspection. Bleach solution being used tested 0 ppm and bleach in bottle was no longer showing concentration. Assistant manager stated new bleach would be purchased day of inspection.

Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement Still has not installed handsink at front counter space area where candies area packaged and served to customers. A hand sink must be conveniently located to ensure proper handwashing. Will discuss with corporate again.
Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration Does not have test strips for checking concentration of chlorine sanitizer, does test at 50 ppm now. Provide test strips to check concentration of sanitizer use for sink and display case cleaning.
Separation from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service Has spray bottle of bleach stored over bag of candies at front back cabinet, moved to separate area away from foods. Store all chemicals in area not adjacent to or over foods. Corrected on site.
