    Observation:1)There is no thermometer in the right refrigerator.Equimpent in use must have thermometer measuring device with accurate temperature.Put the therometer in the refrigerator.2) There is no food thermometer at time of inspection.Must provide the food thermometer to check food intenal temperture during the cooking.

    Observation:There are no handwashing sign at handwashing designated sink and Men's restroom. Handwashing sign needs to be posted in designated area. Provided the signs.

    Observation: Both reach-in refrigerators have food debris and are dirty.Equipment food-contct surface and utensiles shall be clean to sight and touch before using the fridge to prevent contamination.
