    Observation: : Ice buildup in a"chest ice cream" freezer. Must defrost to prevent source of contamination. Must keep freezer free of ice.

    Observation: Handwashing sign not posted at the employee restroom. Every handsink use by employee must have sign posted reminding employee to wash their hands. Corrected on site.

    Observation: Food stored on the floor in prohibited areas. All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor in designated area for food. Removed and corrected on site.

  • Drying mops
    1) Both RR doors need self closure mechanism to keep doors closed. 2) RR's used by females must provide a covered waste recepticle for feminine products. 3) Wallboard surrounding the mopsink needs more durable surface, to be more water resistant. 4) Mop wet in basin of sink, position mop to air dry without doing damage to walls, ie hang on hook or draped over bucket, corrected on site.
  • Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
    Unable to detect vent fan operational in public RR, repair.

    Microwave and food supplies stored in employee RR, must not use for RR for food or food supplies storage.
