Description: A 7,000-foot amphitheater built in 2001, Koka Booth’s design makes beautiful use of its forested, lakeside setting. Guests can bring chairs and blankets to spread out on the sloped lawn or choose seats in the upper deck. The amphitheater is home to the N.C. Symphony’s Summerfest series and several other annual events, including Cary’s Diwali festival in the fall and the Great Grapes Wine Art & Food Festival in the spring. Recent touring acts have included Bonnie Raitt and John Legend. The amphitheater hosts an outdoor movie series and creates an outdoor skating rink for the holidays.
