- The cabinets are chipped in several places. Also there is a cabinet door that is ajar under the microwave. Per kitchen manager the owner is aware of it and is getting a hinge for it. The edge of the shelves with dry storage are missing paint. There is exposed wood on the counter with the can opener. I pointed these areas out to the kitchen manager.
- The can opener has buildup in it including metal shavings.
- In the kitchen, the wall is chipped as you walk into the storage area by the cork board. The wall in between the upright freezer unit and milk refrigerator is missing coving and damaged. Also the wall in between the rack with cans and dry storage shelves is damaged as well. I pointed these areas out to the kitchen manager.

- Found can opener/cutting board in disrepair near stove. Replace with an easily cleanable surface. Found shelving units that were chipping and in disrepair. Seal, repaint or replace. Found burner wells on white stove to be chipping and in disrepair. Replace burner wells.
- Found cabinet door missing near stove. Replace.
- Food buildup was found in most of the refrigeration units. Clean out these units and routinely clean inside and outside. Food buildup was found in silverware drawer. Clean out the drawer and ensure routine cleaning. Buildup and debris was found above the 3 compartment sink. Clean this area and ensure routine cleaning.
- Found dirty plates stacked with clean plates. Ensure all dishes are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized before use. Found wet glasses that were stacked together. Ensure all dishes are properly air dried before storing.
- Found build-up of debris on floors. Clean the floors.
- Sanitizer in both of the toddler rooms was found to be over 400 ppm. Maintain sanitizer between 100-400 ppm. Test daily with strips to insure accuracy.
