The facility has quat test strips, but use chlorine sanitizer. Make sure you have the correct strips.
Observed employee wash rinse and sanitize the blender pitchers and lids, but the equipment was only in sanitizer for a couple of seconds. Explained they need to be in the sanitizer for at least 60 seconds. Suggested possible putting a clock near the 3-compartment sink as a reference. He washed, rinsed, and sanitized the dishes again. Make sure all employees are trained on how to properly wash food contact surfaces. I need documentation of this by

All 3 sets of doors in the front of the facility have gaps. I did notice a couple of flies in the facility. Please repair doors so daylight is no longer visible as this means pests can enter. Contact Katie by 7-8-15 with the status of the doors.
Under the 3-compartment sink there are spray cans of Raid stored by cleaners. Raid is not approved for food contact surfaces. It also can not be stored with cleaners. The Raid was taken out of the cabinet.
