The dumpster lid was open at the time of the inspection. Keep the dumpster lid closed. Observed a met mop sitting in the bottom of the mop sink. Hang it up to dry. Food handler certificates were not on site. Provide (on site) and maintain a list of all employees, the date they were hired, and the date they took the training.
