4-302.12 Provide appropriate, readily accessible thermometers for all coolers.
One refrigerator did not have a thermometer.
4-601.11 Clean shelves and bottoms of refrigerator and freezer.
Clean the refrigeration shelves in needed units.
4-602.12 Clean food contact cooking and baking equipment at least every 24 hours.

Clean and remove the build-up of residue on the 6 shelves across from the freezer and grill. Clean and remove the grease build-up on top of the make-table where the single service plates and containers were stored.

The ceiling is peeling paint near the reachin freezer next to the grill.

9 wooden and plastic pallets, 3 pallets with boxes, 1 large reachin display refrigerator, 3 portable Coke coolers, multiple crates, and other equipment.

Clean the floors, and remove the black residue on the floor under the 6 storage shelves acroos from the grill, clean the floor under the maketable and other kitchen equipment.
6-501.11 Repair or replace the damaged ceiling.
The ceiling over the reachin freezer was peeling paint.
6-501.12 Clean ceiling and/or wall vent covers in the kitchen and the 3 ceiling vents in the grill area.
6-501.14 Clean ventilation hood filters and the hood.

I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with the General Manger, Benita Baker. According to Ms. Baker the FSE does not serve seafood products. I gave her the on-line .com Food Handler class bulletin.
