6-501.12 Clean the floors as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness./ Soils and old rodent droppings on the floors behind the refrigerator, oven, and hot water tank in the kitchen (control program by Terminix continuing).

No food service at time of inspection. Discussed new online training option for foodhandlers.

5-203.14 Provide backflow prevention device at all faucets where a hose is used./ Hose attached to faucet on the exterior side of the building with no backflow prevention device installed: provide a hose bibb vacuum breaker.
6-501.114 Maintain premises free of harborage, and remove items that are unnecessary or no longer used from inside the facility./ The storage rooms located in the back of the building are very badly cluttered: organize these areas, and remove items that are not used.
6-303.11 Provide at least 50 foot candles of light in food prep and warewashing areas; and at least 10 foot candles of light in food and dry storage areas./ Lighting is too dim in the kitchen; no bulb in fixture in the chest freezer room, and no outlet to supply power to the new fixture in the pantry (running an extension cord into the kitchen).

Provided new JCDH child care center regulations information. Keep foodhandler training for kitchen workers up to date (provide health and safety training for all employees as referenced in the child care center regulations).
