3-304.14 Change the sanitizing solution for wiping cloths when visibly soiled. Sanitizer has broken down & is visibly soiled.
4-904.11 Prevent contamination of food and mouth contact surfaces of single service articles when handling, displaying, and dispensing. Observed the food handler, handling the FCS portion of the pop sickle stick with his bare hands, (prep table). Gloves were doned at this time.
