No available hot water under pressure at kitchen hand sink. Food worker cut on hot water at base under sink. Make repairs.

Clean the side of the fan covers in the walkin cooler.

Finish removing the plastic film over the side of the stainless fryer.

The large 2 door reach in cooler door gasket needed to be replaced, and the large single door cooler needed the door gasket replaced.

Clean the ceiling tiles in the kitchen in needed areas.
