I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with the owner, Chris Zarzur. At this time, the FSE does not serve seafood products. I gave the owner an online Food Safety class bulletin.

The metal stemmed dial food thermometer for taking food temperatures was calibrated during the inspection with the owner, Chris Zarzaur.
