I discussed food date marking regarding the premade sandwiches and salads with Vanessa Grady, the General manager. Food workers on site were unaware of the location of the mopsink/canwash service basin. Kirkland Security opened the locked door to the mop service room for the FSE. I discussed the Alabama Seafood Labeling Law with Larissa Owens, the manager.
