Description: Held on the first week of the month, the newly crowned Miss Country Christmas turns on the lights downtown, officially signaling the start of the season. The Children’s Christmas Tree display at the Railroad Museum also opens. The event ends on Sat with a parade, a visit from Santa, fireworks, and a day of activities.
