The shop carries women’s and men’s clothing from 1900 through the 1980s. There are also costumes for adults and children, vintage home furnishings, and linens and lace.

86. No Place Like Home

City: Boulder, CO
Category: Shopping
Telephone: (303) 440-9011
Address: 3550 Arapahoe Avenue

Description: This is one of the cleanest used-furniture stores you’ll ever see, with a nice selection of nearly new items. Those with a sharp eye can find some real bargains, but some of the furniture is surprisingly high-priced considering that it’s secondhand. Turnover is rapid, so if you’re on the lookout for something in particular, it’s best to check fairly frequently. The best stuff borders on the antique; newer, lower-quality offerings are simply used. The store also carries some tableware, framed pictures, and other small objects. If you consign to them, they’ll pick up. If you buy, they’ll deliver.
