As someone that traveled extensively across WA and Northern Idaho from the start of Covid until two months ago, I can tell you once you got east of the mountains in WA (or north of Seattle and south of Tacoma) mask wearing and other rules were not followed or enforced for many areas. I would routinely go to Idaho to get a meal in a restaurant, amazingly everyone wasn't dead and I could talk to people, eat in public..it was great.

Until this announcement I thought Covid was only seen on a milk carton as it sure has been missing....

I would be more worried the mandates coming for young kids, etc....or the future CARES Acts that will start taking your money to fund other dreams...soon it will be the Homeless Act, than the Opiod Crisis Act, etc etc. There are a LOT of things I miss about WA (weather, geography, Orcas, friends) but not having to worry about mandates, increasing crime, and whatever else he dreams up is worth it.

Let all the minions roll up their sleeve for a state job. When covid hits again they will get to wear a mask all day and self isolate when a coworker farts out covid within 6 ft.

Good ‘ol Dimslee, again with a solution in search of a problem.

He has to do this to keep his emergency powers in place. He sure is lovin’ his power.

And thanks to our strength, we carried the eastern part of the state as well as Idaho, when their poor Covid vaccination practices overwhelmed their hospitals.

Get vaccinated and boosted. It’s the smart thing to do.

If the vaccines are so safe, why do the manufacturers have indemnity from product liability?

Because people with no knowledge of science or medicine will sue if anything goes wrong, after any specified amount of time, without any proof or way to prove what caused it, and the resulting liability would shut down modern medicine and result in millions of people dying.

That’s why.

The system we are lucky enough to have in the US is much better. Taxpayer dollars fund some of the best scientists in the world. They did the research, developed several vaccines and medicines and treatments, and make recommendations that smart politicians followed, and millions of lives were saved and continue to be saved. If we didn’t have them during this pandemic, the death toll would have been much higher. But most of us got vaxxed, and we kept the death toll and impact to society down.

The pandemic isn’t over, but it’s been blunted, for sure. Almost no restrictions anywhere, and all the people screaming about big government have been proven wrong.

They have literally been sued and paid out billions for hurting people with their product. Because covid19 was pitched as a virus that needed a vaccine government is protecting them. It's sad and dangerous that some people are mandated to take a shot that can kill them with no consequences to big pharma.

No one is mandated to take anything. And we have a good system that carefully checks and discloses the potential negative effects of drugs and vaccines. There’s no medical treatment that is free of side effects.

But the numbers don’t lie. Millions saved due to Covid vaccines. Hundreds of millions saved due to vaccines in general. Some may want to go back in time and take their chances with disease as if this were the 19th Century. I’d rather use simple logic, science and a proven record of success to determine the best course of action.

Hmm….a post about a mandate letter but we should trust you, no one is being mandated anything….got it. You are so far out there I’m assuming you are a troll, in which case well played. If you are attempting to be sincere, your misinformation is astounding.
