In-N-Out Burger Comes to Dallas: Details Developing | SideDish

Can I get that poster flaming me to eat crow now please?

In other news, if you guys want to see how the burgers in Houston stack up to In-N-Out you can check out my burger blog at http://www.bestfoodquest.com keeping in mind that I prefer In-N-Out style fast food hamburgers. I have 7 more reviews to write tonight.

The Garland location will certainly be closer to my Abilene home than the one in Las Vegas--where I go when the urge to eat an In and Out Burger and my gambling urge both peak at the same time. This could save me some money!

I told her that I'd heard several similar rumors for the past few years, but nothing ever comes from those.

She then told me that I could believe her or not believe her, she didn't care, but she was specifically asked to move to Dallas for the first location after the infrastructure was set up later this year.

I called In-N-Out's customer service line (the agent said she worked at corporate) and she said something very close to the following after I asked her to confirm my story: "I can say the next state that we will be in is Texas. We will definitely be skipping over New Mexico and we will be in Texas very soon. I can't give you a firm date on when we'll be there, but we will be in the market."

I just pray that they open a Houston location soon after Dallas. Sad that Dallas is getting it first...I absolutely can't wait.
No freakin way?!?! This is AWESOME!

I'd like to try one, but Garland is a long way to go for a burger. I hope they get more locations.

There are so many things to enjoy in life than fast food (and certainly it's not a big deal where a fast food restaurant chooses to set up shop). I must be missing something. Yes, their fries are good. So what?

In-N-Out has some good burgers, though I think they can be overrated. Nothing can beat a double-double with animal style fries and a Napoleon shake. My body might not like it, but my taste buds do.

Becks Prime is supposedly meant to be pretty good too.

I'm almost in shock that In-n-Out would pick Dallas instead of Austin, the most Californializationed city in all of Texas.

Becks burgers are good, but they're more than twice as expensive as In-n-Out's.
