Isn't it ironic that "COS" is backwards for "same 'ole crap?"

And what exactly is wrong with J.Crew..? I see why we don't agree here. IMO there is nothing wrong with J.Crew and the likes. They are great clothing choices for people with a little more money to spend on their wardrobe (upper-middle class, if you will). [mod cut]

COS, which is not much different than a J. Crew, isn't high fashion.

While COS may have good clothing at a value, it certainly doesn't uphold the exclusiveness that ROD is aiming for.

Harry Winston is coming to River Oaks District.

Quote:
Two days before Houston’s luxe new shopping center River Oaks District is set to open, a walking tour reveals the newest retaile: Harry Winston. Yes, the joaillier who famously courted some of the world’s wealthiest clientele (the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Aristotle Onassis, and Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor were patrons) is bringing its diamonds to Houston.

Alice + Oliva & Patek Philippe at deBoulle are now missing from the tenants list on the River Oaks District. Does anybody know if they have abandoned the project ?

The new Houston River Oaks Cartier opened a few days ago has anyone had a chance to take a peek? It will be an exciting time for Houston as all the boutiques start to open shop.

Cartier has opened its elegant new boutique at River Oaks District shopping center on Westheimer just inside the West Loop. The center is a new mixed-use development focusing on luxury brands and high-end designers.

The Cartier boutique reflects the aesthetic of architect Bruno Moinard, who has designed Cartier boutiques worldwide, and executed by Gensler Architecture. It will encompass 6,060 square feet with 4,580 square feet of selling space.
