Obviously it's not simply because of one restaurant coming here, genius. Think about what you type before you hit the submit button. And learn how to take a joke.

There was a fatburger over here in San Antonio in the Huebner Oaks area, but it closed after a year or so. Fatburger is pricey for what it is and there's a lot more premium burger competition in Tex than so Cal ever had.
The fat fries were also frozen, not freshly made like the In n Out variety.

I can tell you from personal experience that In N Out burgers, including the "off menu" burgers you can get are absolutely wonderful. And the Fries are to die for. They're made fresh (not frozen) from potatoes prepared and cooked on site.

Now if Trader Joe's would only come to Texas there'll be nothing in CA that I'll miss when I move to Texas.

I'm not really a burger man anyway, but when I do want one, I'd rather go someplace whose food doesn't taste like it was soaked in fat and salt. I haven't had BK in years, so I barely remember what they taste like. There aren't a lot of them around here.
In Dallas we have a lot of fast food places. I only had Burger King 3 times, it is very good. The burgers have that grilled taste because it's flamed broiled. I love it! You need to try it again. When I am hungry I don't think about the calories at all. But when I see myself eating that crap more than once in a week, I have to check myself. Sometimes I don't even notice that I ate fast food back to back. That makes me feel horrible.

Now days whataburger isn't really that good. There are dozens of places that have burgers here that are much better with fresh ground meat and better lettuce and other ingredients.

Lol it's not the calories that I'm bothered with, cause I can just hit the gym and burn that off. It's the artery clogging fat and cholesterol that scares me. Trans fats are literally like poison to the human body.

Whataburger is alright. I'll eat there when I'm burnt out on everything else in town. It's all a matter of personal opinion, but to me, Whataburger doesn't even begin to compare to In-N-Out.

Yeah, me 2. I can eat a lot of fast food and I don't gain weight, but I workout anyway. Mainly, becuz one day my metabolism might slow down. (I am scared to be fat)
