My response to the op remains the same, whether you agree or not...if you believe the account in Genesis to be accurate and reliable, evolution and creation cannot coexist.

Do you know that Glenn also believes the Genesis account to be historically accurate? It is just the YEC hermeneutic approach that cannot be reconciled with evolution. As for what difference it makes. I guess you could call it damage control.
