I posted that comment after listening to Constitutional Scholars opinions.

You do realize that the judge will gag a defendant who dares to expose the judge's conflict of interest in the case he is presiding?
So if I am misunderstanding, please correct me. But it appears that you don’t think much of my opinion given my lack of expertise in Constitutional Law. It also appears that you are dubious of the expertise of the judge in the case who presumably has studied law and worked in the judicial system. Kind of hard to win under your rules. No training, you lose. If you have training but don’t share the “correct” opinion, you lose.

Maybe because he didn't constantly keep it up like Trump
SS can take over the whole floor in a jail/prison...they can even take over the whole building if they choose to do so, and they can demand that the inmates are removed to different areas/floors/buildings.
Maybe I'm just spitballin' here but I'm fairly certain the good people that administer Rikers Island Prison Complex will figure out a way to accommodate someone who has been ordered incarceration for contempt of court.
It's what they do...
