I'll borrow the image GuyNTexas posted and make some change of words:

You do realize that the judge will gag a defendant who dares to expose the judge's conflict of interest in the case he is presiding?
So if I am misunderstanding, please correct me. But it appears that you don’t think much of my opinion given my lack of expertise in Constitutional Law. It also appears that you are dubious of the expertise of the judge in the case who presumably has studied law and worked in the judicial system. Kind of hard to win under your rules. No training, you lose. If you have training but don’t share the “correct” opinion, you lose.

Right before Obi-Wan Kenobi lets Darth Vadar kill him he said, "If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine".

That is Trump being jailed for contempt.

Why can't Trump just keep his mouth shut. We would have all been thrown in jail already if we did this.

I dont think so. It will start when the Democrats rig the 2024 election after jailing him.

Then why is Cohen not sitting in jail? He's far worse than Trump. Or Stormy?
Why is that reporter who'd brazenly publicly outed the woman who'd been there as a potential jurist not in jail?

Was there a gag order against Cohen?

Why wasn't there a gag order on him, he was squealing like a pig ranting about Trump. He was finally told to cool it by the judge, but no gag order on him.

Maybe because he didn't constantly keep it up like Trump

Maybe I'm just spitballin' here but I'm fairly certain the good people that administer Rikers Island Prison Complex will figure out a way to accommodate someone who has been ordered incarceration for contempt of court.

It's what they do...
