Yep ! She does have a good eye for what looks good. Although I do question her sanity for marrying me .

Nope. Do you have any idea how much she's saving, having someone around who can fix and make things?

HEY! Don't get snarky!

In keeping with LR's nature slant, this is a plant known to Native's as Indian Perfume. It is in bloom here. Took this one this morning at the Lake.

You haven't tried to find someone competent to even show up, let alone fix anything lately, have you? I've been trying to get rid of a used fridge for a solid year now, and it's still taking up room in my kitchen.

I love looking at pictures of the other States. EarthBound those are gorgeous pictures. Matter of fact, all of the pics on here are! Never been to Oklahoma; maybe one day. Looking at the Oklahoma pics on the old thread and this one makes me definitely want to visit there.

Earth, where is that park at in Ohio where the pictures are from?

Hello Alaskapat, welcome to the okie forum. We don't have the views you have in Alaska, but we make up for it with low population! And of course, some great people.

And with 40 something tribes, there are still some beautiful ceremonials to found here that you won't find anywhere on this earth.

Hi Redbird and thank you. You mentioned you don't have the views that we do in Alaska, however, I have found that every State has its own unique beauty. The ceremonials would be of great interest to me. I was born and raised in Ohio and every summer my niece and I would go to the Pow Wows/ there were usually 2 every year. I loved the costumes, the dancing, and the entire atmosphere. BTW I love frybread. . Yes, I do hope to definitely visit Oklahoma one day.

The pics came from RiverRun camp ground in the Mohican State Park about 30 mile due south of us in Richland county.
